By accessing or using zkSchool at zkschool.xyz (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered members.

2. Description of Service

zkSchool is an educational platform focused on zero-knowledge proofs, cryptography, and privacy technology. The Service provides structured courses, interactive quizzes, progress tracking, and a community leaderboard. Access is currently invite-only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account and Access

Access to the Service requires authentication via X (Twitter) OAuth and a valid invite code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Not share your account credentials or invite codes in ways that violate these Terms.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service using automated tools.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, bypass the invite system, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum, software, graphics, and trademarks on the Service are owned by or licensed to zkSchool. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without compensation to you.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content through the Service (such as quest submissions or profile information), you grant zkSchool a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including X (Twitter) for authentication. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional or technical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zkSchool and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
